REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 HERE'S THE DEAL: 

RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

Once orders have been paid they can not be refunded or stopped.

 

Once you receive your item, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return back in its original unworn condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. A store credit will be issued to you, minus the cost of shipping and handling.

 

Please allow up to 4 business days for your return to be processed.

 

WHEN: Items must be received back to us no later than 14 days from the date your package was delivered. You are responsible for return shipping, therefore we suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Please plan 5-10 days for transit time.

 

Any sale items, discounted items, or markdown items are not eligible for returns. Bodysuits, scarves, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, drink mixes, and undergarments (camis, bralettes, strappies, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not acceptable.

 

Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition, free of make up stains, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, and obvious wear. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container, or return will be denied. Shipping and handling cost paid by Livee Mae's Boutique are non-refundable and will be deducted from the issued store credit. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

 

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within TWO days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it's considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. Period. We do not do exchanges if you need a different size or a different item; Please place a new order for the item. You will be issued store credit once your return is received.

Please include packing slip or invoice, a long with a reason for return or a note with the following information.

 

Name, e-mail, invoice number, item description, reason for return. If you do not include one of these with your return, your refund may be delayed.
